1. Professional Relationship Disclaimer
No Accountant-Client Relationship: Your use of this Site, including sending us an email or filling out a contact form, does not create an accountant-client relationship between you and TKO Accounting. A formal accountant-client relationship will only be established through a separate, written, signed engagement agreement, which explicitly outlines the scope of services, fees, and terms of the relationship.
Not Professional Advice: The information on this Site (including articles, blog posts, calculators, and other content) is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not, and should not be considered, professional accounting, tax, financial, legal, or other advice.
